Mindboost creates population health management tools. Challenging the status quo isn’t just what we do.
IT'S OUR MISSION.
The Mindboost mission is to find better and more effective ways to connect patients with the care they need, when they need it. We believe smarter tools are the answer for avoiding adverse outcomes in the long-term treatment of chronic disease. Our approach to improving care for complex patient populations is three-faceted:
- Interact. Ongoing daily engagement helps patients take control over their own wellbeing.
- Intercept. Mindy, our virtual care coach, can intercept and triage symptoms or noncompliance before the situation gets out of control.
- Intervene. 24/7 access to virtual and telehealth care provides patients and payers/employers the peace of mind they need.
Mindboost leverages the power of AI, data, patient engagement, and smart devices to improve the patient experience, deliver better outcomes, and reduce the costs of care.
Mindboost was founded in 2018 by Susie Flores and Matthew Wiley. Our founders began developing technology applications specific for patient data exchange together when they founded their flagship company Care Directives in early 2016. Together, they have worked with thousands of providers nationwide.
